About
We specialize in providing evidence-based, highly effective therapy services for adults and children who suffer from anxiety, OCD, Tourette’s Syndrome, and related disorders.

The LEAP Center for Anxiety, PLLC was founded by Dustin Siegel, Psy.D, a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in treating anxiety and related disorders in both adults and children. As the lead practitioner at The LEAP Center for Anxiety, Dr. Siegel is passionate about helping people conquer the thoughts, worries, and urges that stand in the way of success.
At LEAP, Dr. Siegel's practice is centered around cutting-edge research and treatment modalities that have been proven to get results. Using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), his sessions with clients examine the factors that are getting in the way before working on concrete steps to overcome them.
In addition to meeting one-on-one with clients in his vibrant, modern office space centrally located near downtown Chicago--just steps from the UP-N Clybourn Metra line--Dr. Siegel also offers virtual telehealth sessions, and regularly meets with patients outside of the office to help deal with the anxiety that comes up in real-life situations.
A graduate of the University of Hartford, Dr. Siegel completed his internship at Clemson University before working as a postdoctoral Fellow at the Anxiety Treatment Center. He is a graduate of both the OCD Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI) and the Tourette Syndrome Behavior Therapy Institute (TS-BTI). He has extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Habit Reversal (HR), and Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics.
